Refund\/ Replacement<\/h3>

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds\/returns on any product once sold.<\/p>

Opening video of the package required within 24 hours after the delivery is done to claim refund \/ replacement if the product you have ordered is damaged or changed.<\/p>

Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.<\/p>

Once acknowledged by our team during the next working day, please return the product to us yourself; we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.<\/p>

The cost of return shipping is at the customer\u2019s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.<\/p>
